By the end of the course delegates will be:
- HSE compliant with regular updates.
- Ideal for preparing delegates for an emergency situation both in and out of work, with a focus on building an emergency plan designed to help delegates act quickly and effectively in an emergency.
- Suited to both low and higher risk work places.
- Also suited to people wishing to aid in community events, health and social duties, fitness coaching and any other scenario where basic first aid skills are required.

- Each delegate will receive an HSE compliant ‘Emergency First Aid at work’ certificate valid for 3 years.
- A copy of ‘Your emergency first aid plan’ and any other course recourses.
Delivered in a relaxed way with all assessments made during the course, so no final tests or exams.
